Zrodo Watch complies with the highest Payment Card Industry (PCI) standards. We use the most favorable SSL encryption technology to ensure a secure checkout through PayPal (Visa, MasterCard and American Express).

Shipping and Handling

Processing Time: We usually ship within 2-5 business days of your order. Please note that it is business days, and each of my products is handmade for you, so production time may be a little longer than usual. Please be patient.

Business days are Monday-Friday (EST), excluding the post office holidays: New Year's Day, President's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas.

During big sales, promotions, new product launches and holidays, it is very likely that it will take a full 5 business days (sometimes a day or two more) to ship these orders from our warehouse because our offers are so good and everyone wants to get in on the action!

Shipping Time and Cost Shipping:

It takes 7-10 business days to successfully deliver. We ship mostly via FedEx
Currently, we offer standard shipping and handling (except Hawaii, Alaska, Guam, and Puerto Rico) and we cannot deliver to US military bases. We apologize in advance for the inconvenience.

ORDER TRACKING

You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link so you can track your order all the way! Please allow 5-7 days for the carrier to scan your package into their system.

If you try to track your package and no information is available, that simply means the carrier has not yet processed your package. When the package is scanned into their system, the tracking event will populate on the tracking page.

Typically, domestic orders are delivered within 1-12 business days, depending on the service you selected at checkout.

NOTE: Shipping time does not include time to prepare the order before shipping!

WRONG ADDRESS

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, marked as "Unclaimed" or "Return to Sender," or deemed undeliverable by the last mile carrier for any reason, we will notify you via email. Once the package is sent back to us, our returns team will process and issue a small refund for the order.

No refunds will be issued until the package is returned to our facility.

NOTE: Once we process a refund, it may take 2-8 business days for your bank to process the refund and credit it back to your account.

Please ensure that you provide the correct address at checkout as we are not responsible if your order is shipped to the wrong address.

We are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages if you contact the last mile carrier and ask them to forward or redirect your package after the order leaves our warehouse.

During the "Worldwide Free Shipping" promotion, orders returned to us or packages refused/returned to sender due to incomplete or unknown addresses will receive a refund for less than the shipping and handling fees that would have been charged without the promotion.
